1. Choose a Therapist
You can choose which therapist you'd like to work with, biographies and emails are here. If you do not have a preference, you can choose "All Staff" on the online calendar.
2. Book
You can book using the online diary, via the Appointments button below - and then use the drop-down menu to select your therapist. Or you can email your preferred therapist directly. If you want to book via the online calendar, but it doesn't show availability at the time you'd like with the therapist you'd like, then send them an email and they will usually be able to fix a more suitable time with you. If you don't have a therapist preference, you can choose "All Staff" from the drop-down menu on the online diary.
3. Session
Currently, all sessions are online - via Zoom or other online meeting platforms, or by phone if better for you. Your therapist will send you joining instructions for your session before your meeting time.
