Miles works at the intersection of psychotherapeutic discipline and high-performance commercial life.

Before moving fully into psychotherapy, he practised corporate finance law in the City, served as a Government lawyer in Whitehall and later worked as Commercial Director of a real estate development company. He read Law at Oxford, graduating with a First.

 

He trained in psychodynamic and attachment-based psychotherapy and in couples work at Tavistock Relationships, developing a deep understanding of relational dynamics within live professional systems. His work integrates licensed depth psychotherapy with a broad range of contemporary, evidence-based methods, applied with commercial fluency and discretion.

Featured in The Me You Can’t See on Apple TV+, produced by Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry, and described as world-renowned by Vogue, Sanja brings more than twenty-five years of experience working with senior leaders, founders and high-visibility professionals.

 

She is an EMDR specialist and has worked within occupational health as well as private practice, bringing advanced contemporary psychotherapeutic expertise into performance-critical contexts with clarity and discretion.

 

Her clients include CEOs, multinational executives, lawyers and entrepreneurs across the UK, US and Europe.
