Is psychotherapy proven to be effective?



Overall, studies show that therapy can help improve the way you feel about yourself and how you feel at work. Boosting productivity, efficiency and generally making the workplace a more pleasant environment for all.


Because of the nature of the service, we will have a limited number of sessions to work together. Sometimes that will be sufficient to tackle the matters you want to address. When it is not sufficient and you want to do more psychotherapy, we can refer you on.
