Who are we?
Miles Pulver
Before becoming a psychotherapist and coach, Miles had a professional and commercial career. He read law at Oxford and became a corporate finance solicitor in a City law firm.
After that he worked for a while as a Government lawyer in Whitehall, before moving in-house as commercial director of a real estate developer. So not only does Miles understand the legal world, he understands Whitehall and the City.
Throughout this time he was transitioning to psychology. At heart, Miles was always more fascinated by our minds, and our internal and relational worlds.
He trained initially in psychodynamic and attachment-oriented psychotherapy (including having a sub-specialism, working with couples at Tavistock Relationships), as well as in modern experiential relational psychotherapy. He subsequently furthered his training and studies with a broad suite of contemporary, proactive, neuro-informed psychotherapy techniques for individuals and couples. You’ll find some of them listed here.

Sanja is a Psychotherapist & Coach with more than 25yrs experience. Clients include CEOs, large multinational corporations, lawyers, entrepreneurs, writers & film-makers. Sanja has extensive international experience - having lived in the US, UK & Europe.
Working in high pressure environments can be challenging: especially managing heavy workload, solving complex issues, maintaining complex inter-personal networks, avoiding distractions and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Anxiety, sleep issues, procrastination, perfectionism, panic and trauma easily set in. We now know the biggest cause of work anxiety is the sense of isolation that senior executives & lawyers often feel (despite the large teams around them). Sanja is an expert in helping clients to recover and thrive in complex, challenging environments – rebalancing to prevent similar issues occurring again.
In 2021 Sanja demonstrated EMDR Psychotherapy in Apple TV’s mental health documentary The Me You Can’t See, produced by Oprah Winfrey & Prince Harry. In a 2023 article on EMDR Psychotherapy, Vogue Magazine described Sanja as ‘World Renowned’.
